Terms and Conditions
- All members must join the Club using Pitchero. You will not be consider a member until both form and payment have been received.
- All membership must be paid by 31 May. Anyone not paid by that date will not be eligible for selection (no exceptions). A £10 late charge fee will be added for payment after the last Saturday in May.
- Everyone pays membership. There is no ‘payment in lieu’. Expenses should be submitted to the Treasurer along with invoices/receipts.
- Members can choose to pay 3 amounts by Standing Order – 31 March, 30 April, 31 May. If a Standing order is missed/declined, that member must then pay in full or not be eligible for selection.
- 10% Discount for families with more than 1 playing child
- Match fees must be paid on the day of the match. It is the captain’s responsibility to collect either in cash or card via iZettle. This must be paid to the Treasurer or Membership Secretary within 72 hours of the match along with a list of payees. The Membership Secretary will check payments against scorecard on play-cricket for discrepancies.
- Please speak to your captain, coach or Membership Secretary, in confidence, if you have any concerns around payment.
- If you are in a position of hardship/in receipt of pupil premium, please speak to a member of the committee in confidence and support can be arranged.
